The Florida Supreme Court ruled that Barry Hoffman's right to a fair trial was "severely compromised" by the failure of prosecutors to tell his attorney that analysis of hair found clutched in the hands of one of the victims wasn't Hoffman's. Frank Ihlenfeld and Linda Parrish were murdered in September 1980.
