a 65-year-old motorcycle shop owner was sentenced to death, in Malaysia, after the High Court convicted him of murdering his neighbour in a fight over a noisy gate last year. Justice Nor Azian Shaari handed down the sentence after ruling that Ho Ah Tee had failed to raise reasonable doubt. He was found guilty of murdering Teo Chai Hock, 71, in front of their homes in Jalan Sekolah, Port Klang in August 2010. He was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code which carries the mandatory death sentence, upon conviction.
