a court in China's Autonomous Region of Tibet sentenced to death a Nepalese national on charges of smuggling illegal drugs. The court reportedly delivered the sentence sometime in November but Nepal's Foreign Ministry was informed only a month later. The court sentenced Saroj Khadgi of Lagankhel.
