a Court of Appeal in Malaysia upheld the conviction and death sentence on five men, including three Mexican brothers, for trafficking in drugs worth about RM44 million. "We find no merit to this appeal. We, therefore, uphold the conviction and death sentence on all five appellants," Azahar said. The five men were found guilty by the Johor Baharu High Court in May, last year of trafficking in 29,460.17gm of methamphetamines on March 4, 2008.
