A jury recommended that Termane Wood, 24 should receive the death penalty. Wood was found guilty Friday in Oklahoma County District Court of 1st-degree murder in the death of Ronald Reuben Wipf, 19. A judge will formally sentence Wood on May 3. Prosecutors said Wood stabbed Wipf in the chest Jan. 1, 2002. Wood and his older brother Zjaiton Wood, 26, robbed Wipf before the stabbing.
