Kevin Johnson, 22, was found guilty Thursday of first-degree murder in the July 5, 2005 shooting death of Sgt. Bill McEntee.
Johnson, 22, black, was first tried for McEntee's murder in April but the trial ended with a hung jury. A sentencing date was set for Jan. 4, 2008.
