A new Afghan movement has issued an edict condemning the Afghan interim administration as apostate and condemning all its active members to death. In a fax directed to the Pakistan-based Afghan Islamic Press news agency, the Tahrik-e Afghaniyat-e Eslami-e Afghanistan condemned the leadership for helping "infidels" interfere in Afghanistan and for promoting non-Islamic values.
