a Norfolk judge upheld a jury's recommendation of a death sentence for Anthony Juniper. Juniper, 33, was convicted on January 11 on 4 counts of capital murder. On January 16 of 2004, 33-year old Juniper murdered his ex-girlfriend, 27-year old Keshia Stephens, along with the woman's 19-year old brother Ruben E. Harrison III, 19, and 2 of her daughters - 4-year-old Nykia and 2-year-old Shearyia.
