a primary court in Peshawar city in the North West Frontier Province of neighbouring Pakistan sentenced two Afghan nationals to death for killing their cousin. Safdar and Imal, permanent residents of Qarghai district of Laghman province allegedly stabbed their cousin Matiullah to death during a family dispute in Arbab Road of this city. Abdul Latif Afridi attorney of slain Matiullah told Pajhwok Afghan News that Safdar and Imal were arrested by Town police in 2007 and were imprisoned in Peshawar Central Jail. Zamard Shah Judge of the primary court read out the verdict in the court session. Muharer Abdullah regional court affairs judge said the convicted prisoners were entitled to appeal to the appellate court.
