a Puntland military court sentenced three Al-Shabaab members convicted of terrorism charges to death by firing squad, Somalia's Garowe Online reported. Puntland security forces apprehended Ali Mohamud Elmi, Abdirizak Mohamed Sheikh Ahmed and Adan Mohamed Nur in a security sweep in the foothills of the Golis Mountains. The three men, aged 19 and 18, admitted to receiving training from Al-Shabaab in southern Somalia.
