A Saudi man was executed by the sword in the town of Abha in the southern province of Assir after he was convicted of murdering a compatriot, the interior ministry announced.
Mubarak bin Hamad bin Sawal al-Qahtani fatally shot Mubarak bin Jamaan bin Mushalheb al-Shahrani "because of a dispute between the two," the ministry said in a statement carried by the state SPA news agency.
