a Sessions Court, in India, awarded capital punishment to a person convicted in a case of kidnapping, rape and murder of a minor girl last year. Mohammad Mustafa (45) kidnapped a 16-year-old girl and later raped and killed her on September 29 last year, prosecution said. He disposed of her body at the Budhni Ghat near here which was recovered by the police.
