A Thai national convicted of drug trafficking, was beheaded in the city of Jeddah

Absheet Juntkam, a Thai national convicted of drug trafficking, was beheaded in the Red Sea city of Jeddah, the Saudi interior ministry said. Juntkam was arrested while "taking delivery of a quantity of hashish from outside the kingdom" and was subsequently sentenced to death, said a ministry statement.
