A tract, signed by the Albanian National Army, was found in Podujeve [in northeastern Kosovo]. The tract said that all those who commit crimes and are against national unification will be punished.The tract also contained the three following paragraphs: 1. If a criminal kidnaps a girl without her consent, he will be sentenced to death. 2. If a criminal steals things he will be fined three times the value of the stolen goods. If he repeats the crime the sentence is death. 3. If a citizen cooperates with the Belgrade regime he will be sentenced to death.
