a Victoria County jury has given Kersean Ramey, 21, the death penalty for the Aug. 24, 2005 shooting deaths of Samuel Roberts, Tiffani Peacock and Celso Lopez inside their Edna home during a botched robbery.
Defense attorneys blamed the shootings on Ramey's co-defendant, LeJames Norman. LeJames Norman, 21-year-old, testified that he and Ramey smoked marijuana for about 45 minutes, and then went to the Edna home where the three were killed.
