A Vietnamese court in Nam Dinh Province, sentenced to death three defendants for trafficking two kg of heroin and five kg of opium. The defendants included two ex-police officers, To Ngoc Tha and Hoang Van Oanh. The third convict was identified as Nguyen Van Buoi.
