Ad hoc Sessions Judge Quetta Jameel Khan Sherani sentenced Muhammad Ismail, a killer, to capital sentence

Ad hoc Sessions Judge Quetta Jameel Khan Sherani sentenced Muhammad Ismail, a killer, to capital sentence. According to prosecution, accused Muhammad Ismail equipped with Kalashinkov, entered the house of Imamuddin on July 24, 1995.
He shot dead Mst Laal Khatoon and Nazir Hussain and wounded Maula Bakhsh and Allah Bakhsh. Accused was awarded death sentence by the same court on May 5, 1999. But Federal shariah Court remanded the case to the court and the case was reinvestigated.
Fifteen prosecution witnesses were recorded. Finding him guilty of the charge of 302, the court awarded him death penalty. The accused was awarded 10 years rigorous imprisonment (RI) each and a fine of Rupees 10 thousand each under section 324 and 354. In default of payment of fine, he would undergo additional imprisonment of one year.
