Additional sessions judge Salahauddin Siddiqui has awarded capital punishment to two accused in a murder case of Athara Hazari policearea.
Death penalty was awarded to Baqir Shah and Haider Shah along with cash compensation of Rs 1 lac each, while two co-accused of the case were acquitted.
The convicts had killed one Arshad Hussain of Mauza Lashari with the repeated attacks of hatchets for his alleged unlawful relations with the sister of one of the accused.
