An Additional Session court in Faisalabad, handed out the death penalty to Ramazan Khalid of Nishatabad for murder. The prosecution said that Khalid had asked the victim [identified only as] Azeem, to accompany him in a rickshaw three years previously. When he got back to the village, Ramzan told Azeem's parents that unidentified dacoits had shot Azeem dead.
