Andaila Mohamad, 40; Wahab Medina, 40; Chab Abdullanaf Umah, 27, all Ghanaian nationals were sentenced to death in Thailand on drug related charges. The Criminal Court handed down the verdict after the three were arrested on July 31, 1998, in a police raid where found 9kg of heroin were found.
