At least 10 criminals were executed in Shanxi province following a public sentencing rally
At least 10 criminals were executed in Shanxi province following a public sentencing rally. Among those executed after the March 28 rally were Zhang Xingtang, Qiao Yongzhi and Mu Dejun, who were convicted of the August 1998 murder of a businessperson. All others put to death had been convicted of violent crimes.
