Austrian Foreign Minister Benita Ferrero-Waldner said she was "disappointed" by her compatriot Arnold Schwarzenegger because he refused to spare the life of death row inmate Kevin Cooper. Cooper had been sentenced to death for killing a couple and their two young children in California in 1983 and was due to be executed on February 10. "He is not a case for clemency," Schwarzenegger had said.
