BAHAMAS: DOUBLE MURDER CONVICTION AND DEATH SENTENCE QUASHED

Justices George Newman, Stanley John and Abdulai Conteh of the Bahamas Court of Appeal quashed the death sentence of Frank Alphonso Pinder. Pinder, 33, was convicted in November 2009 of killing Glenwood Neely Jr and Mitchell Smith Jr in October 2006.
