BAHRAIN: CIVIL CASSATION COURT RECEIVES CASE FILE OF THE DEATH PENALTY VERDICTS

the General Secretary of Bahrain's Supreme Council of Judiciary Affairs announced that the Court of Cassation’s Technical Office received the case of the murder of two policemen to the civil General Prosecution. The death sentences of Ali Abdulla Hassan Al Sinkees and Abdulaziz Abdul Ridha Ibrahim Hassan will be re-examined by the civil Cassation Court.
