BANGLADESH: 3 GET DEATH SENTENCE FOR RAPING CTG HEALTH WORKER

A Chittagong court awarded death sentence to three persons for raping a health worker in Banshkhali upazila of the district in 2005.
The judge Mohammad Rezaul Karim of the Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal- 1 delivered the judgment convicting Mohammad Shafi Alam, Mohammad Kalu and Mohammad Abul Hossain.
The court also fined TK 0.1 million each of the convicts, court sources said.
