A Gazipur court has sentenced seven people to death for the 2011 murder of businessman Milon Bhuiyan. The death row convicts are Razeeb Hossain Raju, Md Quayyum, Md Razeeb Hossain, Md Farooq Hossain, Md Shafiqul Islam Parvez, Md Ali Hossain, and Mohammad Ali. Razeeb Hossain, Md Quayyum, Md Shafiqul Islam, Mohammad Ali and Masud were in court when the verdict was announced.The court also fined the convicts Tk 10,000 each. Each of them has also received 10 years in prison over another charge.
