A Dhaka court has sentenced two persons to death for the murder of a 22-year-old man.
In February 2013, Md Anis was murdered at Dhaka's Pallabi area.
The victim, who worked at a local tailor shop, was found with his throat slit.
Anis' brother initiated a case with the Pallabi police the next day.
On November 16, the Dhaka's Fourth Speedy Trial Tribunal delivered the verdict, with one of the convicts, 'Shamser' on the dock.
The other convict, 'Lalu' is absconding.
The court also slapped a Tk 20,000 fine on each of them; according to a news agency.
