BANGLADESH: MAN TO GO TO GALLOWS FOR KILLING WIFE IN BHOLA

at a court in Bhola, Bangladesh, Additional District and Sessions Judge Mahabub-Ul-Alam sentenced Abu Taher, 35, to death in absentia. Taher allegedly killed his wife Halima Bibi over a family feud at Faridabad village in Char Fashion upazila on October 29, 2002.
