BELARUS SHOULD IMPOSE MORATORIUM ON DEATH PENALTY – EU COMMISSION

the abolition of the death penalty in Belarus is one of the key conditions for developing the relations between the European Union and Minsk, said Jean-Eric Holzapfel, head of the European Commission's delegation to Belarus. The EU Commission hopes that Belarus will impose a moratorium on the death penalty, he said.
