four Belarusian activists protesting recent executions were detained near President Alyaksandr Lukashenka's office in Minsk, RFE/RL's Belarus Service reports. The four are activists Ales Byalyatsky, Valyantsin Stefanovich, and Iryna Toustsik and journalist Syarhey Sys.
