28 May 2018: the first Sergeant Damascene Ntagonayigiza Mbyayingabo was sentenced to the death penalty for the murder of five persons. He is also ordered to pay a fine of 600 000 FC to the civil parties in this file opposing the crown. This soldier was prosecuted for the murders of his companion, the aunt of his companion and his three children, Saturday 26 May in Mbau-centre.
