Beni: one condemned to death

22 January 2018: the military Court of North Kivu, in the last hearing, issued the judgment in case RP. 169/2017, against 3 ADF fighters of Ugandan nationality for participation in a insurrectional movement and association. The accused Yusuf Dongo Amala (escaped) was sentenced to the death penalty; Adam Mike aka Adamu Mike and Peter Sudayis Moussa aka Pita Sudayis Musa were sentenced each to 10 years in prison.
