BOTSWANA: MAN SENTENCED TO DEATH IN “PASSION KILLING” CASE

in Botswana, Chief Justice Maruping Dibotelo sentenced Golebaganye Kefakae to death for the murder of his former girlfriend, Mammie Dikube, on 5 October, 2005. The two had a nine year relationship that produced two children, and Kefakae could not accept it was over and that Dikube had an affair with another man. The murder weapons were an axe and a knife.
