Cases decided by the Supreme Court have to be reviewed by the Presidential Conscience Committee, which was created by former President Joseph Estrada

Cases decided by the Supreme Court have to be reviewed by the Presidential Conscience Committee, which was created by former President Joseph Estrada. As of December 2000, the committee had reviewed the cases of 105 convicts, whose sentences were all commuted to life imprisonment.
