CHINA: FILIPINO WOMAN ON CHINA DEATH ROW GETS 2-YEAR REPRIEVE

Filipino woman Myrna San Pedro, on death row in China, got a two-year reprieve of her sentence, radio dzBB reported. San Pedro was initially meted out the death sentence in Xiamen for drug trafficking. Her case was then remanded to the lower court for the imposition of a death sentence with a two-year reprieve.
