CHINA: MAN GETS DEATH PENALTY FOR MURDERS

Kang Shaowen, 48, from Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province, was sentenced to death by the Shanghai  Railway Transport Intermediate People's Court in China for killing his ex-wife and ex-mother-in-law with a rifle and raping his ex-wife's body on February 19, 1991, because they refused his request to resume the marriage.
