CHINA: MAN TO BE EXECUTED FOR RAPE

Zeng Qiangbao, 40, had his death sentence upheld in China after being convicted of rape, robbery, illegal captivity and forcible seizure. Zheng kept two girls locked in cages as his sex slaves from 2008 until their rescue in May 2010. Zheng was also convicted of violently raping nine other women. Zheng appealed to a higher court claiming that he had a severe mental disorder.
