Gang leader Chen Zhiyi was sentenced to death by the Chongqing No. 2 Intermediate People's Court and fined 30.61 million yuan for organising the gang and raping an underage girl. Chen's main henchman, Yang Quan, was sentenced to death and fined 15 million yuan.
