the Liaoning Higher People's Court in China upheld the death penalty for food vendor Xia Junfeng, 34, from Shenyang, who allegedly killed two enforcement officers on May 16, 2009. According to prosecutors, Xia disagreed with the officers when he was told was to be punished for not moving his stall, and he stabbed them with his knife. In November 2010, the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court sentenced Xia to death.
