Common Pleas Judge Lawrence O'Toole has confirmed the death sentence against Ronald Taylor. Taylor, 41, was convicted of the March 1, 2000 racially motivated shootings of of Joseph Healy, 71, Emil Sanielevici, 20, and John Kroll, 55. Taylor is black; the victims were white. The jury decided on the death penalty, and yesterday O'Toole imposed the sentence.
