Convicted killer sentenced to death again. Charles Frederick Warner stood before an Oklahoma County judge Wednesday and for the 2nd time was sentenced to death for raping and killing an 11-month-old baby in 1997. Separate juries have now convicted Warner, 36, of 1st-degree murder and 1st-degree rape -- once in 1999 and again June 25. The defendant had been on death row for Adriana Waller's death and was earlier sentenced to prison for 999 years for raping her. He was granted a new trial in 2001 because the appellate court said District Judge Virgil Black erred in denying defense motions to dismiss some of the potential jurors called to hear the case.
