DEATH PENALTY FOR IRAQ CHURCH ATTACK

an Iraqi court sentenced three unidentified men to death for their role in the October 2010 attack on Baghdad's Our Lady of Salvation Church which killed 68 worshippers. In the deadly attack, gunmen stormed the building and gunned down the priest and worshippers, before exploding their suicide vests. The three have one month to file an appeal.
