DR CONGO COURT REJECTS APPEAL BY NORWEGIANS ON DEATH ROW

the military court of Orientale province in northern Democratic Republic of Congo rejected an appeal by Norwegians Tjostolv Moland, 28, and Joshua French, 27. They were sentenced to death for murdering their driver. The appeal court's president Colonel Pascal Molida announced the outcome at the end of the four-hour judgement.
