On March 4,2020 in the presence of the Public Prosecutor, the director of the general prison of Tanta and a delegate from Al-Azhar, the penitentiary authority carried out the death penalty against 5 defendants, including a woman, sentenced to death by hanging for having committed premeditated murder: Rafiq A.A.A.A., Rami A.A.A.A.A.A., Najwa. M.A.A.A.A. (in case No. 211566/2014) and Hani MA, Walid AM (in case No. 43/2015).
