EP Glyn FORD, of the Party of European Socialists called for the death sentence on Timothy McVeigh to be commuted to life imprisonment. Mr Ford stated that there was now evidence that an extreme right-wing group had been involved in the Oklahoma bombing and that McVeigh had not acted alone.
