Tang Minh Phung, Lien Khui Thin, Nguyen Tuan Phuc, and Pham Nhat Hong, were found guilty of corruption in the Epco-Minh Phung case, Vietnam's biggest ever case of fraud and appropriation of socialist property worth many thousands of billions of dong.
