GAZA: MAN SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR MURDER

the Court of First Instance in Deir-Albalah sentenced to death by hanging Mosab Osama Abu Hanea, 27 years old, resident in An-nuserat Camp, after he was found guilty of murder.
This sentence is considered as the second one issued following Palestine’s instrument of accession to the Second Optional Protocol annexed to International Covenant on Civil and Political rights of 1989 deposited on 6/6/2018.
