Ho Chi Minh City's People's Court sentenced to death three narcotics traffickers, Tran Van Nghia, Nguyen Phuoc Duc and Nguyen Thanh Hai. The three were involved in the trafficking of 14 cakes of heroin (weighing 350 grams each) in July 1998.
