Hu Zhongwang, 23, and Hu Luobing, of Hubei province, were executed in Dongguan City in south China's Guangdong province. They were found guilty of bludgeoning two Taiwanese businessmen, Lin Fuyuan and Lin Fuming, to death with metal pipes on April 28. The victims were the general manager and deputy general manager of the Changyi Plastic Products Plant, respectively, at Shatou Village, Chang'an Town in Dongguan. The two criminals were sentenced to death by the Dongguan City Intermediate People's Court on June 2.Neither criminal appealed. The Intermediate People's Court of Dongguan City then referred the capital punishment to the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court which approved the execution.
