In Wichita Reginald Carr, 25, and his brother, Jonathan, 22, were sentenced to death for the killing of 4 people in December 2000.
The jury last week convicted the 2 men of the murders and of a long list of other crimes that involved sexual crimes. Kansas has not had any executions since it reinstated the death penalty in 1994.
The victims were Aaron Sander, 29, Brad Heyka, 27, Jason Befort, 26, and Heather Muller, 25, and Ann Walenta, 55.
